The Next Generation of Composite Doors: Engineered with GRiPCORE® Technology

• Pioneering Hybrid Core: Built on a one-of-a-kind, multi-layered matrix of high-density PIR insulation foam and high-density fibreboard (HDF) plywood timber.
• Dual Aluminium Stabilising Layers: The internal timber-foam core is compressed directly between two sheets of robust aluminium, creating a critical barrier against moisture infiltration and thermal distortion.
• Industry-Leading Structural Tolerance: Advanced material layering guarantees that the door will never bow, twist, warp, or de-laminate by more than a maximum of just 3mm.
• Futureproof Thermal Efficiency: Specially engineered to exceed demanding UK building regulations, delivering a low centre pane U-value of just 0.8 to cut home energy costs.
• Signature GRP Outer Skins: Finished with DoorCo's ultra-durable, premium Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) exterior skins that offer a flawless high-definition woodgrain aesthetic with virtually un-scratchable protection.
• Maximum Security DNA: The heavy, solid-slab composition acts as a formidable natural barrier against both heavy impacts and forced intruder entry.
• Low Maintenance Longevity: Unlike traditional timber doors, the engineered core requires absolutely no repainting, sanding, or varnishing over its lifetime.
• Comprehensive 10-Year Warranty: Fully backed by DoorCo's extensive 10-year product and tolerance warranty, offering complete peace of mind for installers and homeowners alike.
• Infinite Design Customisation: Available across a wide selection of contemporary and traditional door styles, paired with a massive palette of bespoke paint colours and exclusive decorative glass choices.
